About

MOTH had a bold brand and a badass site — but it just wasn’t converting. I was brought in to redesign their DTC experience from the ground up, focusing on usability and performance, without compromising the brand expression.

Collaborating closely with Pentagram (who developed the identity), I reworked the entire e-commerce journey - clarifying product discovery, streamlining categories, injecting brand through tone of voice and messaging, and ultimately making it easier for people to get MOTHs.
